Your patient has an entropion

Check the cornea and ensure that it is healthy. If there is redness or evidence of fluorescein staining, give lubricant drops. If lashes are abrading the cornea, tape the lower lid down to the cheek as a temporising measure. Refer routinely if the cornea is healthy.
