Trifocal Toric IOLs

AS is a 47 year old lady from Nottingham who has worn spectacles all her life.

She was very long sighted with astigmatism leaving her dependant on spectacles.

Her spectacle correction was +6.50/-2.25 x 20 in the right eye and +7.00/-2.75 x160 in her left eye.

This means she had 2.25 and 2.75 dioptres of astigmatism.

After Trifocal Toric lens implantation bilaterally she no longer wears spectacles for distance or near. 

Her refraction has improved to -0.5 in the right eye and -0.25/-0.5 x170 in the left eye.

For the first time in her life she can enjoy vision without spectacles.
